Services
Female Driver Service
At Nancy Taxi, we understand that some female travelers may feel more comfortable, relaxed, and secure when traveling with a female driver.
For this reason, we offer a special Female Driver Service for customers who would like a more private and comfortable travel experience with a female driver.
Who Can Book This Service?
This service is available for:
- Female travelers booking private transportation
- Groups traveling with female passengers
- Families traveling together
The service is intended to provide an additional level of comfort, privacy, and friendliness throughout your journey.
A Service Designed Around Your Comfort
Whether you are traveling around Bangkok, going to the airport, taking a private day trip, or traveling to destinations outside Bangkok, you can request a female driver when making your booking.
Our goal is to make your journey feel comfortable, relaxed, and personal — while maintaining the professional service standards of Nancy Taxi.
Special Service Fee
The Female Driver Service is an optional additional service.
There is no fixed additional fee for requesting a female driver.
You may choose the amount you would like to provide as a special payment for the female driver, in addition to the normal transportation fare.
You may also provide a tip or additional amount as a personal reward and appreciation for her service.
Important Note
Any tip, reward, or special additional payment given directly to the female driver belongs entirely to the driver.
Nancy Taxi does not take, deduct, or have any involvement in the tip or special payment provided directly to the female driver.
The entire amount you choose to give is received directly by her as additional compensation and encouragement for her work and service.
Your Comfort Matters to Us
We believe that transportation should not only be about getting from one place to another.
It should also be about feeling safe, comfortable, respected, and cared for throughout your journey.
If you would feel more comfortable traveling with a female driver, simply let us know when making your reservation.

Express Pick-up Service
Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you suddenly need a car and simply do not have enough time to make a regular advance booking?
At Nancy Taxi, we understand that unexpected situations can happen.
This service was created from real experiences shared by our customers who needed transportation urgently — for example, waking up late and needing to rush to the airport, suddenly needing to attend an important meeting, forgetting to book a car in advance, or needing transportation to or from a hospital when there was no one available to help in time.
We understand how stressful these situations can be.
That is why Nancy Taxi has officially introduced our Express Pick-up Service — a special service designed to help you when every minute matters.
What Is the Express Pick-up Service?
When you choose our Express Pick-up Service, we will make every effort to arrange a vehicle and have it arrive at your pick-up location within 35 minutes after your booking has been confirmed.
This service is available for an additional THB 100, on top of the normal transportation fare based on your route and selected vehicle.
The additional THB 100 is simply a small service fee for arranging your transportation on an urgent basis.
How Does It Work?
To ensure that we can provide this service properly, please note the following conditions:
📍 1. Service Area
The Express Pick-up Service is available only within areas covered by our service network.
Because vehicle availability and location can change throughout the day, please contact us first so we can check whether we can provide the 35-minute express service from your location.
💰 2. Express Service Fee
When you request this service, an additional THB 100 will be added to your normal transportation fare.
⏰ 3. Our 35-Minute Commitment
We will make every effort to have your vehicle arrive at the requested pick-up location within 35 minutes after your booking has been confirmed.
If our vehicle arrives within the promised 35-minute period, the additional THB 100 express service fee will apply.
However, if the vehicle arrives from the 36th minute up to 1 hour after the confirmed booking time, you will not be required to pay the additional THB 100 express service fee.
This is our way of taking responsibility for the service commitment we have made to you.
Cancellation Policy
Because this is an urgent, on-demand service, once you confirm an Express Pick-up booking, we immediately arrange and allocate a vehicle and driver specifically for you.
Therefore, the booking cannot normally be cancelled after confirmation.
The exception is when our vehicle arrives more than 1 hour after the confirmed booking time. In this situation, you may cancel the journey without paying the additional express service fee.
A Service Created to Help You
We know that when you need an urgent ride, it is often because something unexpected has happened.
Maybe you overslept.
Maybe your plans suddenly changed.
Maybe you have an important appointment.
Or perhaps you simply need someone to help you get where you need to go when there is no time to wait.
This is exactly why we created the Express Pick-up Service.
Our intention is not simply to charge an additional fee for a faster booking. We created this service because we understand that sometimes you need help, not later — but right now.
We cannot control traffic conditions or circumstances beyond our control, but whenever you request this service and we confirm that it is available, we will do our very best to get your vehicle to you within the promised time.

At Nancy Taxi, we understand that your pet is not simply an animal.
Your pet is part of your family. ❤️
They have feelings, emotions, and needs just like we do. That is why transporting a beloved pet requires special care, patience, and attention — not simply a vehicle and a driver.

– 🐕 Stretch and walk around
– 💧 Take a short break

– 🐾 Take a comfortable break before continuing the journey
Our goal is not simply to get your pet from Point A to Point B.
We want your pet to arrive feeling as comfortable and cared for as possible.
🚐 Vehicles Selected for Your Pet
We understand that different pets and different journeys require different types of vehicles.
Depending on the size of your pet, the number of pets, the distance, and your specific requirements, we can arrange suitable transportation such as:
🚐 Large VIP Van
Our spacious VIP Van provides additional room for larger pets, multiple pets, or situations where extra space is needed for carriers, cages, bedding, food, and other pet equipment.
🚙 Medium SUV
Our SUV is suitable for smaller transportation requirements and can provide a comfortable private environment for your pet.
Before confirming your booking, we will discuss your pet’s size, number of animals, equipment, and travel requirements with you so that we can recommend the most suitable vehicle.
❤️ Traveling With You — or Without You
One of the most important advantages of our Pet Transportation Service is flexibility.
You may choose to travel together with your pet, or, if you are unable to accompany them, we can arrange transportation for your pet without you traveling in the vehicle.
We understand that sometimes you may need to send your pet to another family member, a new home, a veterinarian, a boarding facility, or another destination while you remain elsewhere.
Whatever your situation, we will communicate with you throughout the journey and coordinate the trip according to the agreed arrangements.
